"Shipping took longer than expected"
My order showed up later than I was expecting. The packaging was fine and nothing was damaged, but the shipping delay was frustrating. I also didn’t love that I got different answers when I asked about the status, which just made the whole thing more annoying.
"Looked good at first, but didn’t hold up"
I bought this because it looked really nice and matched the stuff I already had in my room, which I’m slowly trying to make look more put together. At first I was happy with it, but after a few months it broke. Kind of disappointing because I expected it to last longer

"Good support, just a little wait"
I had a small issue and reached out to support. They got back to me quickly and were able to fix it, though it took a little longer than I expected overall. Still, my problem was solved, so I’d say it was a good experience in the end

"Why did the return take so long??"
I had to deal with warranty help and it was slow. The whole return process felt more annoying than it needed to be?? I just expected it to be a lot smoother.

"I really like the design of this..."
I really like the design of this watch. It looks clean without being boring, and it has a unique feel that stands out a bit. I’m curious if other people notice the same thing, because it’s definitely the kind of watch I’d expect to get comments on.

"Really nice watch , feels well made"
I got my Original Grain watch a few weeks ago and I’ve been wearing it often . The mix of wood and steel looks really sharp in person , and it feels sturdy without being too heavy on my wrist . Overall , the craftsmanship seems really solid . I’m giving it 4 stars only because the clasp took me a little while to get the hang of , but I’m definitely happy with it .

"Overpriced cash grab"
It looks fine at first glance, but it feels like a total rip-off for the price. For what you actually get, this thing is basically overpriced junk

"After 5 watch purches"
After buying 5 watches and spending around 1500.00. I still like the concept of the company. I like the watches. I recently reached out to see about getting a extra link. I informed them that other 4 watches were fine and didn't require any additional links. I didn't understand why this one did. Well, they said I could buy 2 links with shipping for about 15.00 So I did but I thought that was petty after spending that much money. Well, they just lost a customer for that reason. I sent them an email and got no response. But they sent my receipt for the links Spend the 15.00 wisely. Unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
